Evidence
Every figure we report can be followed back, a step at a time, to your own records. What reaches your leadership is fact, not opinion.
The Operating Reality Assessment scores each element 0 to 5 against written level descriptors, and records what the score rests on: a document, a record, a sample test, system data, an observation, an interview or a workshop.
Each opportunity is built from written calculation steps, each with its figure and its source, and names the finding it came from. What cannot be sized is listed separately and never totalled.
The value we report is built only from findings evidenced on site. Risk exposure is shown beside it, never in it, and nothing you were already doing is claimed as ours.

Annual Re-Triage
Every year the whole plan is tested again against what actually happened, and your leaders choose again what goes ahead.
Work that has stalled is seen and decided, rather than left to fade while everyone assumes it is still happening.
Every item not chosen carries a return date and comes back to be weighed again, so a good idea deferred is not a good idea forgotten.
New findings, last year's deferrals and the work already under way are ranked together, so the plan reflects everything drawing on the same people.
Each year is scored to the same written standard, so the movement between years is measured.
Value delivered is verified and closed, so each year's figure is new value, never last year's savings counted again.

Confidential by Design
Client material is masked on a local computer before it reaches any cloud service or AI tool. Real names, sites and figures are replaced with tokens and held in a local vault that is never synced. Every file is scanned before it leaves that machine, and anything still carrying a real value is blocked rather than sent. Where a file format cannot be read and checked automatically, it is flagged as unchecked rather than passed silently.
AI under control. We use AI tools to read, draft and check faster, and only ever on masked material. Every score, figure and recommendation that reaches you is reviewed and signed off by our principal.
